Kenneth D. Camp, NCARB, AIA, PE
Chief Executive Officer
Ken Camp holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management, both from the University of Colorado. He is a registered Architect in 41 United States jurisdictions, a registered Engineer in 31 United States jurisdictions, and has over 34 years of diverse experience in a multitude of commercial, retail, telecommunications, civic, and multi-family residential facilities. Ken is the founder, co-owner and chief executive officer of KDC Architects
and Engineers, and directs the operations of the Bangkok office.

Eric J. Camp
President
Eric Camp studied Civil Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, and Land Appraisal at the University of Colorado, and also holds a California Real Estate License. His specialty at KDC is telecommunications. He has over 15 years of experience in virtually every aspect of the telecommunications industry, having overseen the design of over 2500 telecommunications projects and having supervised the construction of over 150 telecommunications sites. Eric is co-owner and chief operations officer of KDC Architects
and Engineers, and directs the operations of the Seattle, San Francisco
and Los Angeles offices.

Cooley has a

Communications
from Eastern
Washington
University, and
also holds a
Washington Real
Estate Broker’s
License. He has
been in real
estate for over
20 years and has
specialized in
telecommunications
since 1996,
with
strong emphasis
in site
acquisition,
lease
negotiations,
permitting, and
business
development.
Over the
last several
years, Les
developed and
was the managing
member of Sage
Hill, LLC. He
has worked with
KDC
Architects and Engineers on over 150
projects.
Les has
recently become
a partner in KDC
and is now the
Vice President
of Site
Development
Services at the
firm.

George J. Vitale, NCARB, AIA
Vice President, Architecture
George Vitale holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and is a registered Architect in 11 United States jurisdictions. He has over 24 years of diverse experience in numerous commercial, retail, educational, institutional, industrial, and residential projects, including office and retail buildings, schools, churches, telecommunications facilities, and adult congregate living, multi-family, and single family residences. George is the lead architect of KDC Architects
and Engineers, and directs the operations of the Denver and Phoenix offices.
